The Academy arm of Harmony & Help is focused on delivering comprehensive educational programs and workshops. These programs are designed to equip individuals and organisations with the necessary skills and knowledge in SHEQ and GRC. The Academy offers accredited and part-accredited qualifications and leadership and management development programs, all offered through hybrid, in-person, and online training platforms, ensuring a wide reach and flexibility for learning.
Harmony & Help Academy (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2023 by Mirriam Tenyane as a subsidiary of Harmony and Help—HH (Pty) Ltd, a Level 1 B-BBEEE company that is 100% Black Women Owned. It is a subsidiary born out of drive and passion to facilitate people skills development that will be impactful beyond a working environment through accredited qualifications and part qualifications and a safe and enjoyable quality learning experience that both the learners and clients can trust.
Its holding company, Harmony & Help (Pty) Ltd, trading as H&H (Pty) Ltd., is a professional service provider that seeks to help our clients/entities to find harmony in every aspect of their organisations by providing value-added, end-to-end “fit-for-purpose” consulting services in the fields of Hehealth, environment, and Quality (SHEQ);Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC); Integrated Assurance (Auditing); and Document, Data and Records Management (DDRM) and Training.
Collectively as a Team, we pride ourselves with technical advisory expertise and experience that span over more than 25 years in all the various areas of our suite of services. We provide our current and potential Clients with a privilege of immediate access to our world class well-founded knowledge, well-grounded and secured skills, and proven record of methodologies that we have tested on numerous occasions. From the Outcomes we have produced and collective experienced we have amassed, we have gained confidence that we are able and capable of assisting any business, regardless of size, scale or footprint, to achieve the highest level of conformance to SSHEQ systems management approach as well as compliance to GRC requirements.
